I am looking for a few small repairs for my apartment unit. The balcony door needs a replacement door handle and the floating shelf is sagging and either needs repair or replacement

My Pantry door in the kitchen is rubbing on the other cabinetry and won't close properly like it used to. I used to just swing closed but now it rubs and we have to pull it shut.

I need someone for a quick job with handyman skills to fix kitchen cabinet door hinge , toilet paper holder screws got loose need to get screwed back in , closet door hinge needs to be fix and fix drawer shelves just one

There is a hole in a door at our rental and we are moving out. Want to replace without landlord knowing the damage occurred. The door has been painted white- this will need to be matched. The existing door handle from the existing door will need to be added to the new door. The door has a cheap mirror glued to the inside.
