My dad is experienced in this kind of work and will be helping but he is retired and no longer has the tools, so he's happy to work alongside you and lend a hand throughout. All materials will be supplied – we just need someone with the tools and the know-how to get it done. Happy for this to be someone younger who’s comfortable with the work; dad is happy to be there the whole time and can guide where needed. Estimated 4–5 hours at around $60/hour ($240–$300 total). Looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman to install a new external glazed door (door supplied). The fixed glass panel above the doorway has already been removed and the opening is now full height. Job includes: * Assess and modify existing timber frame as required. * Hang and align new external door. * Install hinges (if required). * Ensure lock/latch operates correctly. * Install striker plate. * Adjust door for smooth opening and closing. * Finish off any minor trim work around the frame if needed. Bought a new front door from Bunnings need the lock and handle put on and the door fitted.

Install bathroom fixtures into tile wall ( heated towel rail, hand towel rail, hook x 2 and toilet roll holder) and new sliding door lock

Chippie or experienced handyman needed to put architraves around 1 side of a door frame (our tiler is tiling and wants this done before finishing). Also, remove the 3m wall pictured, 1 side is already removed as seen in pictures. I need someone who is experienced and knows what they’re doing so I don’t have to hold their hand or manage them and the job is done well. You need to supply architrave, I will pay for that directly.

My front security screen door has come loose on the hinge side and isn’t closing properly. It looks like the hinges or the frame have come apart slightly (see photos).
