Find an experienced handyman in Ormeau

Recently built a catio outside my bedroom window but am not happy with the entrance. Id like a cat door installed, and will also need security screen kept on with it. I figure its an easy ish job for someone with the right tools/parts. Ideally id be able to lock the cat window but keep the actual window open also if possible. Can send measurements and pics for proper quote.

Install new internal bathroom door. Needs hinges installed (no hinge inlet in doors currently) and needs door handle holes drilled and door handle installed.

Looking for a licensed locksmith (or handyman) to help with two small jobs: Inspect and fix a front door that isn’t locking smoothly (lock feels tight and hard to engage) Realign and refit a couple of flyscreens that have come off their frames The front door may just need adjustment, but open to advice if replacement parts are required. Prefer someone who can assess and fix both issues in one visit.

Just a little part od the carpet is burnt from the iron .

All plumbing is running under the house which is on stamps so there’s about 1 meter space I need to get connected kitchen sink , shower and vanity

Remove/ take down two outdoor roller blinds covering a window. You must supply tools- ladder, electric drill/ screwdriver. This is for a pensioner lady in an over 50's complex.

3 broken windows - All approx 1170mm x 1110mm. One needs the metal side thing if you can do that too? Photo attached. New that supplied too.

Electrician for installation 2 celling fan, some lights and some new points.

Need one new internal and one new external door hung with handles installed. No painting required. Located in Norfolk Village.

I would like to replace old with new black ones that match throughout the house. Having trouble with handles so happy to do either handles or knobs. Someone that knows what they are doing is required as I have had a couple of people look and not able to do the job.

Repair reinforce centre wooden beam of queen size slate bed that has cracked.

Have put the home gym together we just can’t work out how the cable pulleys get set up so needing someone to do this only please.
