There is a kitchenette with water supply directly on the other side of the brick wall. New hot and cold taps would need to be connected to the patio side, and an Everhard slim laundry unit installed. I also need a fridge in the kitchenette connected to the cold water tap, there are two cupboards between the fridge and the water supply and the hose would need to be fed through them.
