I have an apartment with tall ceilings. Need someone to do the following: 1. Replace downlights (I can get these) 2. Clean air conditioner filter 3. Clean air duct 4. Clean / Dust skylight Note the ceilings are high. The air conditioner and downlights are in a ceiling about 4m high. The skylight is a bit higher, approx five metres. Please see photos. HENCE LADDER AND HEIGHT IS ESSENTIAL. You will need to bring one also. Access is on the second floor or an apartment building.

Trim dead branches on palm trees and most importantly cut down the balls clear it up and make them look nice Some one with climbing palm trees experience 4 palm trees to clean up and take rubbish branches with we have 2 green bins if that helps a little but obviously big branches to be taken and trim council tree and other trees in back yard as per pics
