The table lamp shown in the photos has stopped working, and I’m not sure what the cause is. You can see the brand name in the pictures. It is controlled by a small rotary dial that adjusts both the power and the brightness. I am looking for an experienced electrician or handyman to troubleshoot and fix it.

Please perform a quick earth continuity / earthing verification for all 4 fans (should take ~5 minutes for each fan as they are working and functional).

A bit of an unconventional task. I’m a renter, so I can’t have a proper AC set up. My only solution is a portable AC. The job will involve closing off part of a large awning window with a suitable board/panel and cutting a hole to suit the exhaust hose, ensuring a neat look. I need a ceiling fan replaced in the 2nd level. The new fan is exactly the same model and already built. I unable to change it over as i’m not a qualified electrician.
