I have an existing roller blind that needs to be cut in width (approx 5cm) and re-installed on to the ceiling in a commercial space.

I’m renting an apartment where there seems to be ethernet outlets in the walls but I ran tests and it doesn’t seem to work. I would like to have someone to help me remotely or in person to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the issue.
