Looking for an experience person to do the following: • System inspection • Cleaning or replacing filters • Checking/adjusting refrigerant levels • Testing and cleaning drains • Checking controls and airflow • General clean of indoor/outdoor unit

Trim dead branches on palm trees and most importantly cut down the balls clear it up and make them look nice Some one with climbing palm trees experience 4 palm trees to clean up and take rubbish branches with we have 2 green bins if that helps a little but obviously big branches to be taken and trim council tree and other trees in back yard as per pics
