Replace one internal door on hinges and one sliding barn-style door. Replace handles, latch and lock. Replacement doors are already bought, but will need to be cut for latch, lock, handles and hinges.

Install internal door to fit 810 x 2020 and drill lock hole. New door is 820 x 2040 and needs trimming.
