Task: Install 6 Internal Doors (All Materials Supplied) Scope: -Hang 6 internal doors into existing jambs -Modify existing hinge mortices to suit larger supplied hinges -Install all supplied hinges -Cut and drill all required holes for door handles and latches -Install all new door lever sets -Install new strike plates to existing jambs -Adjust/extend existing strike plate mortices as required -Trim doors as required (height + minor width adjustments) -Ensure all doors swing freely and latch correctly Doors: 2 x Hollow – 2040 x 720 (2 hinges each) 1 x Hollow – 2040 x 820 (2 hinges) 3 x Solid – 2040 x 820 (3 hinges each) Notes: -Hollow doors will require height trimming -All doors may require minor trimming to suit openings -Existing jambs have cutouts, but no strike plates installed Requirements: -Bring own tools and equipment -Must have experience hanging doors -Leave site clean and tidy Important: -Proposal must include allowances for all labour required to complete the job -Proposal must include allowances for drilling handle and latch holes -Proposal must include allowances for all trimming and fitment adjustments -Proposal must include allowances for modifying hinge and strike plate mortices -Doors to be installed plumb, level, and fully functional -Latches to align correctly with newly installed strike plates

Install x4 new door handles (screws) Lock mechanism is already installed and no change there. Need to drill a slightly bigger round hole in the doors so the handles sit flush

We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. From what I can tell: - The door seems slightly misaligned in the frame (may need planing/sanding or hinge adjustment) - The latch/strike plate may not be lining up properly - The handle itself might also need attention (happy to replace internal mechanism if required, but would like to keep the existing handles) Looking for someone who can: - Adjust hinges and/or sand the door if needed - Realign latch/strike plate - Replace internal latch mechanism if faulty (I can cover cost of parts if needed) NOTE: This functional fix only - it doesn’t need to be a perfect cosmetic finish. I would like to replace an existing internal door with a new one and install a door handle that I have purchased. The existing door is 810x2040x30. I would like the new door to be supplied, painted and installed. Please see image of the kind of new door required.

It looks to me like the current door handles are an older style with a smaller hole, so I think a wider hole will need to be cut out.
