Simple hanging job of two internal doors. Doors and hinges already supplied. Doors are already sized to fit. Need someone to help mark and chisel/router the hinge recesses in the door jambs so the hinges sit flush, then hang and align both doors. Shouldn't take more than 1 hour. Details: - The hinges are already attached to the doorframe, I am hoping to leave them as is. - The doors will need to be rebated/chiselled out for the hinges so the hinges sit flush. - I already have the two new doors. I have kept old doors to copy spacing for the hinges, just in case. - I have a chisel, hammer, measuring tape and if needed I kept original screws. - I mainly need an extra pair of hands to accurately position, fit and hang the doors. Hi, I need someone to repair an internal door handle at my home in Strathfield, NSW. The lever handle has come off the door (see attached photos). The latch mechanism still appears to be installed, but the handle no longer stays attached. I’m looking for someone who can: * Inspect the door handle and determine the cause. * Reattach and secure the handle if possible. * Replace any missing screws or small parts if required. * If the handle is faulty and cannot be repaired, please let me know what replacement hardware is needed. Please bring basic tools (including Allen keys and screwdrivers). If replacement parts are required, I’m happy to reimburse the cost separately with prior approval. I have 4 internal doors I need to change the handles on. I have the new handles already. The door handle hole may need cut a little as the handles are marginally bigger than the original ones. Likewise the clasp on door frame is slightly different.

Looking for someone experienced to repair scratches and damage on my internal door caused by my dog. The door has surface scratches, chipped paint and some deeper marks near the bottom hinge side. We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue.
