Front French doors lock issue: Doors are jammed and won't open or lock. Is an urgent security issue. Significant water leak over front porch/deck. Porch lights have been disconnected since February to address issue but no one has been sent to fix it, and our lights have been off for 4 months. Rotted window frame on 1x living room window with cracks/holes in the wood at the base, causing water ingress during heavy rains and draughts during winter. Back room windows: several glass panes are cracked, likely because windows slam shut (pulley system in frame no longer works). Windows have slammed shut on our fingers in the past, causing injury.
