I don't know what my budget is. It will depend on the quotes I get and how I choose to structure the jobs. I had to put in a money amount for budget - but amount is not true. I've got a range of jobs to be done around my apartment. I'm just looking for a quote to see how much it will be per job. This way, I can group some small jobs up or get everything done at the same time. The jobs are: 1. FIX WALL IN HALLWAY AND ATTACH A DOOR STOPPER- a wind gust caused the door to slam, loosing chunks of plaster on the frames and ceiling. The door stopper I have in mind are the ones that use a counter-pressure prevent the door from being slammed as this hallway in a wind tunnel. 2. FIX THE BATHROOM - Some areas of the bathroom screen needs resealing - there's a bit of wall that needs replastering from moisture (and there's some appliances I've removed) - a soap dish rusted off and needs replacing - toilet seat needs to be fixed (used to be soft-close; now that's stopped). 3. SHELVING - I'd like some over-head shelving in the bedroom (higher up on the walls) - Simple shelving in the laundry (this task is easy). 4. Sealing the window frames on the balcony doors. - There are some tiny gaps in between the glass panels and doorframe. The rubber seal doesn't cover everything. - I'd just like some sealant to close the gaps up. - Due date: Flexible
