I require a licensed electrician (with current NSW registration if applicable) to carry out the following work: Connect four ceiling fans (each with integrated lighting) to the existing lighting circuits/final subcircuits. The fans are already assembled and securely mounted to the ceiling joists using appropriate fan-rated brackets/supports. The previous light fittings have been removed, leaving the existing ceiling roses or junction boxes ready for connection. Each fan includes a light kit, and the supplied remote control receiver/handset allows independent operation of the fan motor and the lights (i.e. separate switching/control via remote). Supply and install two double GPOs (general purpose outlets / power points) in the attic/roof space. This will involve running appropriate TPS cable from the nearest existing circuit or distribution point in the roof space (or as determined on site), installing two flush-mounted or surface-mounted double socket outlets in suitable locations, complete with architrave brackets or wall boxes, attaching to a single timber frame/joist as required, and making safe connections back to the existing cabling. The attic has a catwalk/platform with carpet underlay, allowing comfortable and safe access without risk of falling through the ceiling. Hi need help to fix this bathroom railing

The outdoor sliding screen door is misaligned and not functioning correctly. Please inspect, realign, and repair the door so it opens and closes smoothly.

There are two scratches which is made during parking when backing up. The overall position is shown in the first photo. The length of each scratch is around 20cm. The 2nd photo shows the first scratch. Note that besides the paint being scratched, the surface is dented inward a bit. The 3rd photo shows the 2nd scratch. Note that the metallic "P" and "A" is ripped off and it is availble for "sticking back" on the car as shown in the 4th photo.

There are gaps in the architrave that need to be filled. Also, the flyscreen mesh needs to be replaced as it has holes in it.
