Seeking a handyman, who also has experience with bathroom work for three tasks: 1) Transparent door sealant near shower has not been installed properly and is letting water in. Needs to be rectified. 2) Flush outer panel needs to be locked into position properly. Currently not installed correctly. 3) Bathroom door does not shut properly. The lock mechanism does not seem to fit properly into the door slot. Needs to be rectified.

The sliding bathroom door seems to get stuck and requires a few nudges to close fully. Even then it doesn't close entirely. It doesn't appear like anything is broken and the railing where the wheels go seem to be okay.

I need someone to repair or replace the mesh on my flyscreen door. The frame is still there, but the mesh is damaged. Please let me know the price including materials.

I have a classic steel Hills Hoist clothesline. Only the outermost wire loop has snapped. The fence requires removal and relocation because it’s not on the rear boundary of the property. It’s 22mtr x 1.95mtr There is a small 900mm gate that needs to be relocated as well. Please see the image of the survey for details of the fence line to be removed in pink and new position blue line at rear boundary. A framed lattice section at top of fence would be good. The tree in the middle of yard will be removed this weekend. The rope in images showing the line of the new fence. Assistance with checking the position from the pictured survey is required. Open to re using materials from the old fence, gate etc.. probably 10 years old But if advised new fence/ lattice would be considered.

Bathroom shower sceen fixed to ceiling has broken its silicone seal. The screen is about 2.7m x 1.5m fixed at the wall, floor and ceiling. The glass is too big for me to try and fix it myself, so it needs a pro to remove the silicone at the ceiling and re cork it with a waterproof commercial grade glass silicone product.
