Hi, I’m looking for someone to replace a single kitchen cupboard door at a unit in Camberwell. It’s a plain, cream-coloured melamine door, approximately 700 × 450 mm (measurements to be confirmed). Renovating an old double-brick house. The render on the interior walls is falling off and needs removal (see photos). All the overlying wall paper was removed recently. Most of the render is close to 100 years old and very easy to remove. A lot has already detached from the brick. You can see in the photos that some of the render has already fallen off. Extensive cracking and most areas can be pulled off with ease. Some areas have had partial repairs done over the years and these will need tools for removal. Also need replacement with either new render or new plasterboard. Please indicate in your quote if you are able to help with this. Skin bin to be provided by me. Wanted to have a few things hung - one large mirror, 4 wall artworks next to each other, framed painting. Totally no more than 1 hour of work. Mirror and frame with white artwork is about 8-10 kgs. Seeking a handyman, who also has experience with bathroom work for three tasks: 1) Transparent door sealant near shower has not been installed properly and is letting water in. Needs to be rectified. 2) Flush outer panel needs to be locked into position properly. Currently not installed correctly. 3) Bathroom door does not shut properly. The lock mechanism does not seem to fit properly into the door slot. Needs to be rectified.

The sliding bathroom door seems to get stuck and requires a few nudges to close fully. Even then it doesn't close entirely. It doesn't appear like anything is broken and the railing where the wheels go seem to be okay.

I want to replace the doors on the kitchen cabinets. And draw fascia’s. I want to match the current profile and paint/colour.

We have a door that gets stuck on the floor and potentially needs to be planed and the door handle has come loose and needs to be tightened.

Need curtain rods to be put together (they are adjustable lengths), centred and drilled into brick walls. Curtains need to be hung. All walls are 3m plus high. Therefore, a high enough ladder and an appropriate drill will be required. There are 10 windows upstairs (includes a bay window of 3 windows). There are 2 windows downstairs - one of these is 4m long. All curtains are back tab for hanging.
