Hi there, I am looking for a reliable handyman to work on an hour rate to do various jobs. I am looking to pay 65 per hour. At the moment I would like a handyman to (1) remove an old clothes line from the garden, (2) stringing fairly lights in the trees (30 paint a gate with paint provided and (4) attach chicken wire to the bottom of a gate to prevent my dogs escaping. My roller blind was mounted to a timber plank, and the plank has pulled out of the concrete ceiling near the window. The blind and timber came down together. Needs someone to: • Inspect concrete ceiling and existing holes • Install proper masonry anchors / dynabolts into concrete • Secure a new timber batten or brackets correctly • Re-mount the blind safely so it won’t fall again • Patch/fill old holes and tidy finish • Check small gap/draft near window Photos attached. Please bring tools/materials or advise what’s needed. Happy to have inspection first if unsure.
