We have an awning installed and need it powered (240v). We need it to be concealed rather than having external conduit. There are several options to run a circuit. Additionally, separately quoted, we'd like our TV to have a concealed powerpoint. My roller blind was mounted to a timber plank, and the plank has pulled out of the concrete ceiling near the window. The blind and timber came down together. Needs someone to: • Inspect concrete ceiling and existing holes • Install proper masonry anchors / dynabolts into concrete • Secure a new timber batten or brackets correctly • Re-mount the blind safely so it won’t fall again • Patch/fill old holes and tidy finish • Check small gap/draft near window Photos attached. Please bring tools/materials or advise what’s needed. Happy to have inspection first if unsure.
