Looking for a local handyman to repair two small areas ahead of a rental exit inspection. 1. Bathroom Wall: 3 screw holes where a dryer was previously mounted. (See attached photo). 2. Hallway Closet Door: A hollow-core door with a small hole. A rushed filler job was attempted previously, so it needs to be scraped out, filled correctly (using expanding foam or builders bog), and sanded perfectly flush.Please bring all your own patching compounds, foam, tools, and sandpaper. Just the top one (in the zoomed out photo) the hole below it was already there when I moved in. Looking to get this completed this week. Please reply with your quotes and availability.

The rubber sealing around the door frame has come loose and as a result the door isn’t closing properly. It popped out after it had to be ajar for some recent painting works. Not sure if the sealing needs to be replaced or just stuck back in. Experience with other door issues preferable as although the lock works fine, the misaligned rubber seems to be cracking the lock slightly off its hinge over time. Not sure if the rubber sealing is creating a misalignment issue.

The hinges on the pantry doors are worn out and need replacing. Need a handyman to drill fresh holes screw in replacement hinges and re-align the 2 doors so so that they close properly. A total of 8 hinges need replacing. I already purchased the replacement hinges . As per attached photos the new hinges have the same general general dimensions as the old ones. The only difference is that the 2 supporting screws (on the door part of the hinge) require drilling a 10 mm hole ... the previous screw holes were 2 mm. The existing 35mm diameter hole is in the correct position.

Interior door was removed briefly to move furniture and put back on, but now it won’t close properly. Door seems slightly misaligned and the latch/strike plate screws are stripped and just spin without tightening. Likely needs door realignment, fixing stripped screw holes (wood filler / dowel / longer screws), and adjusting latch/strike plate so the door closes and locks correctly.
