I am after someone to fix a fire door lock that got broken cause of an emergency. I have got a quote for $3000 so anything less than that. Happy to send pictures if interested

My partner and I need someone to fix a door to our laundry. It’s a bi-fold hinge door that one section has come off of due to the hinges breaking. I’ve taken a picture of the current situation with one half of the door still attached and the other half is being kept in storage. I have also purchased the hinges to replace the broken ones (pictures attached also), however, it would be great if whoever did the job was able to supply their own tools. Please let me know if you have any more questions or need further information! I’ve put the price at $100, but if you feel that isn’t right I’m open to negotiation.

I am trying to hang a roller blind in the window recess of my bedroom. I have Scratches on my door frame and minimal on one side of the door, i am hoping someone can help me fix this so it looks like nothing happened, i dont want to bog it as that will look noticeable, hopefully someone can mechanically sand it back a bit and restrain it or someone has the capabilities of replacing just the one side frame with the same timber, all help is very much appreciated!!
