It seems like during an attempt to open manually and a cable on one side came off the groove for one winding, causing misalignment in the garage. I'm concerned about using the motor to pull it up, as it might damage the track or the rollers. I need to fix this.

I have to replace the exhaust fan in my bathroom and the cut out is too small for most exhaust fans. Need a handyman/woman to adjust the cutout to fit the new unit. Also need to fix one wooden door’s hinge in the picture. The holes that are holding the screws have been widened and now very loose. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 7 December 2023
Raman went above and beyond to help me fix the cutout on the ceiling and fit my new exhaust fan unit. He did the extra plaster bits to make it look nice too! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
