I need someone to come out to my house and have a look at the space where I want to install an internal sliding barn door, to seperate rooms. I did measurements and it is roughly 1.55m wide and 1.57m high. I know the track will then need to be at least 3.1m to allow the door to slide fully open. I’m after a white sliding barn door with a black track (or darker coloured wood look) and once the correct measurements have been taken (not going off my handyman skills) I will buy the door for you to install. Can be done anytime of the day or night. I’m flexible.

Seeking professional with experience in fixing fallen wall socket. Socket has fallen loose from wall alongside some small amount of plaster around its sides requiring fixing. Should be easy job. Finished product should blend nicely into broader white wall background

I’m currently installing cabinetry and a built-in work desk in my garage and would like to improve the finish and functionality of the space. At present, there is a roller shutter door that provides access from the garage to the backyard. I need to retain this access point, however I’d like to remove the roller shutter and reframe the opening to install a sliding door instead. Scope would include: • Removal of existing roller shutter and hardware • Reframing the opening as required • Supply and installation of a suitable sliding door (or install only – happy to discuss) • Making good around the frame so it’s ready for painting Garage is brick construction. Need a licensed plumber to carefully remove the old shower arm and install the new Caroma Urbane II 300mm Ceiling Shower Arm without damaging the ceiling. Shower arm only, not the shower head. The ceiling is new, and the square plate is recessed inside the ceiling. See images below

The side of the roof has come off.Which was screwed with some nails , so just need to refix. Also , the gutter has come off from the garage site , which needs a fixation.

Replace ceiling fan in bedroom. I have bought a new fan. Need qualified electrician to do it because of the wiring. Existing fan has stopped working. Alternatively you could fix the existing fan, (guessing it might be a capacitor), and I’ll just refund the new fan to a store.

I have two travertine tiles that have come loose. They will need to be reapplied using mortar or similar product. Job is to attend with product and reapply both tiles.

The mounted blind bracket used to support my blind cords is broken and needs to be fixed. I've included photos showing the original bracket is out of place and needs to be resealed and screwed into the wall. This is a relatively simple task and only needs to be done on the left side of my sliding door. I have the original nail but unfortunately it won’t go into the hole. This minor project will involve a little touch up paint around the affected area and screwing in the blind cords securely.
