The exhaust fan from cieling just came off. Need some to patch it and fix it.

I have a arlec smart ceiling fan that shakes and makes alot of noise. Possibly bladed uneven. I'm after a handy person to come out find the issue and fix asap so we can use the fan.

We need our bedroom ceiling fan repaired. It operates via remote (photo attached) and has the main room light inbuilt. The problem - when we turn the main light on from the wall switch the fan automatically turns on. This is a problem now that it's winter as we want to be able to use the room light without the fan. We need it fixed before we get more into winter. Photo of the ceiling fan is also attached. The solution- ideally we'd like the fan with remote control working as intended again. Only certified electricians will be considered. I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays soI these are the preferred days for the work.

Ceiling fan can only run on low or medium speed. Fan wobbles and is noisy on high speed - concerned it is going to break. Fan is installed into ornate ceiling, the fixing of the fan into this ceiling seems to be the issue

Squeaky fan when spinning

I have an Arlec smart ceiling fan (model DCF5241HA). It beeps when I try to turn it on, but the blades don't start.

I would to relocate my living room air conditioning to the bedroom. It is back to back relocation. I also need to install new ceiling fan( provided by owners of confirmed) Lastly I also need to repair deep scratch on my timber floor board

Fan blade fell off need to be re-attached. The Blade is fully intact.

Missing the fan remote for a bedroom and need to get a replacement remote to work with the fan. Images below show type of fan it is and remote it had (other bedrooms have same remotes but they are only paired for a specific room)

I changed ceiling fan in bedroom as the old was making a loud noise few montsh after installation and was told at that time that it is a fan motor issue and will need replacement- bought new one, like for like. exactly same. I replaced it however it does not start on connection. Looks like I might be connecting it incorrectly. Need electrician to have a look and fix it.

Ceiling fan cuts off the power supply when I turn it on

I need a ceiling fan fixed that is making a clicking sound on higher settings. It’s quite high up so will need a tall ladder. I also have a flickering bathroom light that needs fixing.

3 speed ceiling fan. When 1 is selected it is incredibly slow (near useless), 2 is only slightly better while 3 is super fast. We want to see if the 1 and 2 speeds can be increased, possibly by reconnecting wiring for the capacitor or a new capacitor. Note the fan hasn't suddenly broken as it has worked as described above for years. An electrician once looked at it and guessed it was because the fan was 4 speed but the switch on the wall was 3 speed. I am not convinced this is the case

I need an electrician to fix my Arlec ceiling fan. The light turns on but it is not spinning. I have bought a new remote with receiver that requires installation (swapping out). Should be a very quick and easy job. If it becomes more complicated, payment will be increased ofcourse. Would love it to be done asap.
