Roller shutter remote programming

Two of my electric roller shutters have broken motors. I need someone to help provide and replace motors for these two roller shutters. I have taken the motors out and attaching photos of motors with electric plug. I would prefer to get same FAAC motor but open to other reliable motors with warranty as well!

We got a Haier fridge aprox 4yo. We went on holiday for 10 days and set the fridge on holiday mode,when we ame back we found water underneath, and it's leaking ever since. The latches of doors for bed rooms and bath rooms are loose as in not clicking

I have a curtain road to be re-hung, hang another curtain rod and rehang some picture rails. I did a dodgy DIY - need it done to a better standard. See pictures. Would need one tools and to fill the holes with spackle too. (I can paint and sand).
