I need to build 2 walls of 2,70 x 3metres for sound proof 2 rooms in Maroubra

Remove a small concrete divider ( half the height of the room ) and then render the remaining wall wbere that divider was.

Need someone to cut and install simple flyscreens for 3 windows. 2 windows 1m by 850mm and the other for a door - see photos. The door one would need to slide (there is an existing rail for it to sit on). Am flexible with time and date of install. The window ones would need access by ladder which I have.

My headphone hinge has broken (Sony ult wear) and needs to be fixed

I have one mirror (medium weight), a wall clock (lightweight) and a wall hanging (lightweight) to be hung on brick walls. Picture of mirror and clock attached. Wall hanging is smaller than A4 size. Would take someone about half an hour to finish the job.

One side of bed frame needs reattaching (top and bottom of left bedside). Nails came out of wood and need to be drilled in again (I have spare nails). Rest of bed frame is fine. Preference is before 11am otherwise after 2:30pm

An internal door has come off its hinge, and needs to be re-affixed. A heavy light fitting (in a high ceiling) also appears to be coming loose and needs to be tightened

Require indoor clothes line to be fixed to the wall. It is 80cm in length and wall studs will need to be found. Also have an outdoor clothes line to be mounted into the brick. Want the job done so it doesn’t come out and make a mess of my walls.

My blinds broke And I need someone to fix it

I have a slidding 2 door wardrobe and 1 side of the wardrobe is out of the railing. I need it to be fixed.

I have an original plaster cornice that is starting to come loose. the cornice is intact, however needs to be fixed back into place. I want to keep the cornice as its original and matching the rest of the house. House is in Surry Hills 2010, Im not sure what sort of trade I need to do this, maybe a plasterer? Would love this done this week before it comes down or breaks under the flexion thanks so much. Photos attached.

I have a few things that need to be wall mounted and fixed to the wall, namely a large artwork (heavy) a large mirror (also heavy), some photo frames (super light) and some IKEA shelves (not heavy but needs to be secured and will require L brackets or some other handyman trick). I need it completed this week as I'm nine months pregnant and want it all done before the baby comes. Ideally Thursday please.

Need help fixing doors hinges that have fallen out

I have a leaky sink drain and the washers are tight and cannot be turned. While you are here please fix an outdoor leaky tap and a toilet cistern that is always draining water.
