Find an experienced handyman in Bowen Hills

I've got a Clipsal ACES48 ceiling fan with A Ventair VCLS/VCLW lighting kit that I have manage to unscrew unintentionally while trying to remove the lighting housing to inspect/replace the bulb. I need someone to correct this (and show me how to change the bulb in it..) I also have an older (separate to the above) style ceiling light that I would like replaced with an LED fitting (I have the replacement light as it was removed from another fixture in my apartment when installing another, different ceiling fan)

Two ceiling fans need to be taken down & replaced with new fans. I can buy the fans you will need to be an electrician & bring a step ladder. Existing white ceiling fan with light changed to a fan with oak blades & light.

Replacement of 2 ceiling fans as the current ones rotate very slowly

Install floating cabinet and TV mounting with hidden cables behind the wall. I don't have the hooks or tools for the cabinet.

Are you able to install one curtain rod over a standard sliding glass door. Already marked out where brackets need to go. Will require a power drill (BYO). We have a step ladder that you could use. Ideally tonight or tomorrow morning before 9am would be great

I have two ceiling fans need to be replaced. One with LED light and one without. Fans are changed from AC fans (wall control) to DC fans with remotes. I will supply the fans. I have attached one track to one bathroom wall via Teks screws & will attach the other one before you come. I think I got 2 metal beams as I have a metal detector. I have two solid internal doors & the wheels are attached to top, but I just would like a builder who has a licence to either secure it even better by making sure it’s attached to 3+ beams & hang it so I know it’s not going to fall off the wall :) Im in an apartment building & it’s for my two bathrooms & I have two little adventurous boys so I need it to be very secure. The glass panelled door is in the main bedroom ensuite & the solid door is in the 2nd bathroom.
