Find an experienced handyman in Bowen Hills

Need a handyman to hang two wooden shelves and a small wall clock on plasterboard wall. Relatively quick task but need someone who has the tools, screws, etc to complete the job.

My old Janome's bobbin case/shuttle race seems to be just off centre and keeps breaking my needles. It may need replacing but I wanted someone to come have a look or I can bring it to you.

I have two ceiling fans need to be replaced. One with LED light and one without. Fans are changed from AC fans (wall control) to DC fans with remotes. I will supply the fans. I will probably need the change of the switches, if you could provide them please let me know the price or I can go buy them.

I have attached one track to one bathroom wall via Teks screws & will attach the other one before you come. I think I got 2 metal beams as I have a metal detector. I have two solid internal doors & the wheels are attached to top, but I just would like a builder who has a licence to either secure it even better by making sure it’s attached to 3+ beams & hang it so I know it’s not going to fall off the wall :) Im in an apartment building & it’s for my two bathrooms & I have two little adventurous boys so I need it to be very secure. The glass panelled door is in the main bedroom ensuite & the solid door is in the 2nd bathroom.

Repair crack in bench top in a rental

We need help installing two floating shelves securely to the wall. Tried installation using the provided materials but it wasn’t sturdy enough to take weight, and there is a concrete wall that is difficult to drill into behind the plasterboard. We want both to be securely attached to the concrete so that it’s less likely to get ripped out or sag please.

I have a small 2.1m X .75m garden shed that we no longer need. Id love it dissembled so that it can be easily assembled again. If you can then transport it to mt ommaney & assemble it? I had two sheds recently built and the lovely guy said it’s easy to just unscrew roof as one piece & 4 sides. The agitator (or base plate) on my Esatto washing machine has come loose. I’ve identified that the bolt and washer (pictured) aren’t gripping securely, and despite attempting to re-screw the bolt, the agitator still moves around during cycles. Looking for someone with washing machine repair experience to properly secure or replace the bolt and ensure the agitator is fixed in place. Happy to provide more details or photos if needed.
