Door needs to be repaired and strip at bottom to prevent rats entering Timber frame on front, the ragged timber holding the lock, one of the timber pieces is split, sand back paint for painting

Hi! I’m looking for someone to repair a damaged mosquito/fly screen and touch up the paintwork on 3 doors. The jobs include: * Repair/replace the damaged section of the mosquito screen so it is secure and looks neat. * Repair the peeling/damaged paint on the doors. * Prepare/sand the damaged area as needed. * Apply matching white paint for a clean finish. * Ideally, the repair should blend in with the existing door rather than looking like an obvious patch. I’ve attached photos showing the damage. Location: Bondi Beach Please bring your own tools and materials. Please let me know your availability and your total price including materials. Thanks!
