Replace timber lattice on small apartment balcony – Bondi Looking for someone to remove and replace a section of timber lattice screening on my apartment balcony. The current lattice is old and leaning, so I’d like it replaced with a new lattice panel and secured properly to the existing structure. Prefer white PVC lattice for durability in outdoor coastal conditions. Important: There is a passionfruit vine growing through the lattice from the neighbouring side that I would like to keep. The replacement will need to work around the vine so it isn’t cut or damaged. Details: • Remove existing lattice • Supply and install new lattice panel • Secure it properly so it sits straight Balcony size is approx 4.45m long × 1.73m wide. Easy access via apartment. Flexible timing over the next few weeks.

Fly Screen Repair – Netting Replacement I’m looking for someone to repair three fly screens in my apartment. The mesh/netting on all three screens is ripped, so they will likely need a full replacement of the fly screen mesh rather than a small patch repair. The frames themselves are still in good condition, it’s just the netting that needs to be replaced.

I need someone to install a new toilet roll holder on the wall and also adjust the door hinges as the door isn’t sitting properly. I believe the wall where the current holder is mounted isn’t strong enough, so the holder will need to be reinstalled securely. Because the door position will change slightly once the hinges are adjusted, the door clip/stop will also likely need to be moved.

Hey, I need a simple roller blind installed in my bedroom. I have the blind but do not have any tools to install it. There is a previous blind fitting already in the room so it should be easy.

My roller blind was mounted to a timber plank, and the plank has pulled out of the concrete ceiling near the window. The blind and timber came down together. Needs someone to: • Inspect concrete ceiling and existing holes • Install proper masonry anchors / dynabolts into concrete • Secure a new timber batten or brackets correctly • Re-mount the blind safely so it won’t fall again • Patch/fill old holes and tidy finish • Check small gap/draft near window Photos attached. Please bring tools/materials or advise what’s needed. Happy to have inspection first if unsure.
