I need to install 2 cabinets, 3 curtain rods, and 4 door stops, and paint 4 doors in semi gloss (one door needs some sanding). I have al the things and the paint. Except fasteners/screws etc. The walls are concrete so you will need a good drill. I am not sure how long exactly this will take so happy to accept a total quote or an hourly rate. My roller blind was mounted to a timber plank, and the plank has pulled out of the concrete ceiling near the window. The blind and timber came down together. Needs someone to: • Inspect concrete ceiling and existing holes • Install proper masonry anchors / dynabolts into concrete • Secure a new timber batten or brackets correctly • Re-mount the blind safely so it won’t fall again • Patch/fill old holes and tidy finish • Check small gap/draft near window Photos attached. Please bring tools/materials or advise what’s needed. Happy to have inspection first if unsure.
