There is a rotted timber window frame measuring approximately 1200 mm (W) x 900 mm (H). This window needs to be removed and replaced with new wall framing and blueboard to match the rest of the exterior. Scope Includes: Removal: Remove the existing rotted timber window and frame entirely. Remove and dispose of all waste responsibly. Framing: Supply and install new treated timber framing to fill the window opening. Structural timber to be painted with waterproof membrane (e.g., Bitumen or similar) before joining to existing wall frame. Cladding: Install blueboard cement sheet cladding on both the external and internal sides of the new wall section. Ensure sheets are fixed and sealed to industry standard to match existing cladding. Waterproofing: Apply a waterproof membrane to external sheeting and joints as per standard exterior installation requirements. Finishing: External surface to be rendered and painted in “Ghost Grey” (with texture) to match the existing blueboard render.
