I’m after someone that can install flue on insert wood heater inside chimney the stainless flue is there just need to connect the flexible flue to heater as it burnt out

Current situation: Existing sink opening approximately 1240mm x 430mm New black granite composite sink has been purchased and requires a smaller cut-out - 1160mm x 500mm x 200mm Existing opening needs to be reduced/rebuilt to suit the new sink Benchtop is laminate Cosmetic finish is not important as I will be vinyl wrapping the benchtops myself afterwards Scope of works: Remove existing sink Install support framing underneath as needed Rebuild/infill sides of existing sink opening Cut new opening to suit supplied sink Ensure benchtop is structurally sound and ready for sink installation Important: I am not looking for a plumber only. I need someone experienced with benchtop modifications, cabinet making or kitchen renovations. I have a dog door that is large-ish that I want to reduce the size of.

Garage door does not lock properly. Need someone to supply and install new side locks with new steel cable, do some welding to securely fix the locks, and extend the door stop on one side to ensure proper locking and alignment.

2 bedrooms need the existing blinds & crtains removed and new blinds installed. The new blinds are slightly wider than the timber window framing so I suspect will need to be affixed to the plaster wall just above the wndow.

We need a carpenter or handyperson to convert an archway into a doorway. The property has recently been refurbished (2019) and we have an 985mm wide archway to have a door installed. We already have a brand new, unpainted 920mm door and some of the components required for the jamb. We need it to be installed as soon as possible for a reasonable price.

A section of my Alloy & PVC stormwater downpipe has come loose and fallen off the side of the house. I need someone experienced to reattach and secure it properly to the wall and ensure correct water flow. What needs to be done: Reattach the fallen downpipe section Secure it firmly to the wall (clips/brackets as required) Ensure correct alignment and drainage Seal joints if needed to prevent leaks Details: Double-storey access (see photos) Downpipe appears intact, but please bring basic tools and fittings just in case Access is straightforward Requirements: Experience with plumbing / downpipes / general handyman work Own tools Ability to complete neatly and securely

I need two door knobs installed I have the knobs already. You need to drill new holes for the bolts etc.
