I'm after a flooring installer to install timber in 3 bedrooms, a linen cupboard and a WIR (total: 42m2). The flooring should be Elk Falls engineered hickory timber, colour: natural. Please indicate whether your quote includes all material (timber and underlay), removal of existing carpet and levelling.

I need a small section of timber floorboards (doorway area – see photos) sanded back and refinished to match the surrounding treated floorboards as closely as possible. The area was previously covered by tiles and has old adhesive/paint residue and uneven finish. I’m after a professional result that blends in with the existing floor. Sand & paint removal of all Timbers on Dec and adjoining walls. Approx ~6.5m x 4-4.5m & 2.2m high Z sanding blade required to get some paint removed from inbetween planks. Oil stain Timber for final finish.

Need a flooring tradie to come in on Tuesday 20th January to help install timber floorings. Needing a professional business/company who can assist and finish in one day. The unit is about 70 sqm located in South Wentworthville. Timber flooring already purchased, just need assistance with installation.

Approx. 120 40mm wide timber batons facing out from upstairs deck need re-oiling and possibly sanding prior. Half are 1500mm high and half 2250mm. Upstairs deck approx. 4m above ground level so over 6m to top of longer batons.

Hi, I’m looking for a tradesperson available to start this weekend (Saturday 10/01/26) to sand and stain two timber decks at Tamborine Mountain. I have an approx. 40m2 sized deck upstairs and an approx. 10m2 deck downstairs. By Saturday the upstairs deck will have had some of the floorboards replaced and 2 x beer rails replaced which will be raw wood. The third beer rail and the rest of the floorboards are in good condition. The upstairs deck also has 2 x timber uprights supporting it from ground level which will need to be sanded and stained. The downstairs deck is in good condition and has 2 x small beer rails as well. Please let me know: - Availability this weekend - Rough price range (incl materials) - How long the job would take

Have 3 patches of discolouration on my timber floor due to bleach. Looking to get back to original as much as possible without replacing floorboards

If you need to inspect, it can be arranged after 22nd September. The floor space is roughly 160sqm (floor plan attached). Currently, part of the house is carpeted and the rest is old timber flooring. Advice on material selection will be greatly appreciated.

Hi there. We are looking at a quote that will include removal of carpet and remove of partial laminate floating floor, as well as a small section of tiles. And install Tasmanian Oak timber flooring that will be supplied (we may need additional however). It will be just for the hallway and living / kitchen area for a small cottage. Specs to follow.
