We have existing engineered timber floorboards that are generally in good condition. We are looking for a professional machine/deep clean followed by a maintenance/protective coat or screen-and-recoat if appropriate. We do not want the floors fully sanded just clean and coating with a product like Bona Traffic HD Extra Matte. Area approx 11 x 6m.

Timber Pool Decking, Front Gate & Timber Slats – Clean, Stain & Treat I’m looking for an experienced person to clean, prepare, stain and treat several outdoor timber areas at my home. The main job is the timber decking around the swimming pool, which needs to be properly cleaned/prepared and then stained/oiled to restore the timber and protect it from the weather. I would also like the following timber areas done at the same time: * Front timber gate * A number of exterior timber slats/screens * A few other smaller outdoor timber sections around the property I’m looking for a high-quality, professional finish, with appropriate preparation before staining rather than simply applying another coat over the existing timber. Ideally you will: * Have experience restoring and staining outdoor timber/decking * Be able to advise on the best stain/oil/product to use * Protect surrounding pool, paving, walls and other surfaces while working * Supply all equipment and preferably materials, although happy to discuss this Please include your experience and, if possible, some photos of similar decking/timber restoration work you have completed. Small deck 1.3m x 1.2m Need to replace the timber boards

Replace a broken timber on my deck. Supply and install. No need to stain or lacquer. Timber is around 1.2m long

Approx. 27 m long × 2.5 m high (approx. 67.5 m²), one visible side. Scope: • Thoroughly clean and prepare timber • Sand weathered/rough areas and provide an even finish • Apply two coats of supplied exterior Merbau timber stain/oil, following manufacturer instructions • Protect paving, plants, pool glass and adjacent surfaces from dust/stain • Include all labour, drop sheets, masking and cleanup etc Materials and equipment supplied including hand sander, stain and applicator. Please quote based on experience with Merbau/timber screening and advise estimated duration. Photos attached.

Rough sand of posts and 2 coats of Aqua deck which i have. Only sun facing posts are worse as in last image.

Floors are 4 years old. Some chips and scratches I'd like repaired/concealed where possible. I'd like a coating (probably polyurethane type?) that will better protect the floor and last a good while before needing recoating/refinishing again. Current finish appears to be fairly natural/matte or satin. I'd like to go for satin this time for a slightly better and modern look. Area (in metres) Living: 6 x 4 Laundry area: 1.5 x 1.5 Hallway: 4.9 x 1.1 Entry to bedroom 1 x 1.6 I would do it myself but want someone with experience in floor surfacing suck as this to provide the right guidance and excellent products with a professional finish. The handrail has already been mostly prepared. I just need someone with the right tools and attention to detail to carry out the final sanding so it's smooth and ready for staining or clear coating.

There is a small wonky bit on edge of our timber decking - circled in the photo below. When you step on it, it is bouncy. Looking for a handyman to help me fix this!
