Appartment timber floor needs sanding , and polishing

Task Description I need a handyman/flooring person to repair or replace the damaged/loose floor transition strip between tile and timber flooring at a doorway/threshold. The current strip/edge looks lifted/unfinished and is creating a trip hazard (see attached photos). Scope of Work (Expected) Inspect the transition area and confirm the best fix (repair vs replacement). Remove the existing damaged/loose trim/strip (if required). Supply and install a suitable transition strip (reducer / ramp style if appropriate). Ensure the finish is flush, secure, and safe (no sharp edges, no gaps). If needed: minor trimming/levelling of the edge + adhesive/screws and neat seal/finish (e.g., silicone/caulk). Clean up work area and remove any old materials. Water damage to timber floor, need to sand and repaint

Install used engineered timber flooring to 3 small bedrooms - approx 28 square metres.

Water ingression causing mould on timber floor around 4 square meters. Need help to do water ingress check and replace timber floor.

The floor has become worn over time and needs to be sanded and refinished. The new finish should be in a colour similar to the existing floor, and the total area is approximately 30 square metres.

3 decking boards are rotted and need replacing. We have replacement timber, just needs cutting to length and replace with existing screws.

Install timber frame and composite deck around pool - urgent

A section of my timber flooring lifted and bowed after water exposure. The damaged boards have already been removed. I need someone to: 1. Re-fix the loose timber boards to the concrete slab using a suitable flooring adhesive rated for timber on concrete (for example Selleys Liquid Nails Direct Stick, SikaBond 125 or equivalent). 2. Plane, trim or adjust the existing bowed boards so they sit flat and level and fit perfectly. 3. Install and glue the replacement boards so the pattern aligns with the surrounding flooring. 4. Ensure the repaired section is secure, flush, and ready for sanding at a later stage if required. What I will supply: Existing loose boards that came from the floor. What you need to supply: Adhesive suitable for timber over concrete, tools, spacers, clamps and any small materials needed to achieve a flat repair.

Have 3 patches of discolouration on my timber floor due to bleach. Looking to get back to original as much as possible without replacing floorboards

If you need to inspect, it can be arranged after 22nd September. The floor space is roughly 160sqm (floor plan attached). Currently, part of the house is carpeted and the rest is old timber flooring. Advice on material selection will be greatly appreciated.

Hi there. We are looking at a quote that will include removal of carpet and remove of partial laminate floating floor, as well as a small section of tiles. And install Tasmanian Oak timber flooring that will be supplied (we may need additional however). It will be just for the hallway and living / kitchen area for a small cottage. Specs to follow.
