The underneath timber is rotten. The decking timber needed to be removed and replace the new underneath timber.

Our new Black butt timber floor was laid a few months ago and we need them to be sanded and polished. Floors have been laid in herringbone pattern. Arranged for a timber deck to be rebuilt in February 2026. Unfortunately some tannin leeched out and just needs affected affected areas touched up (see attached image). Please give me your offer and availability to complete the work thanks. The site is ready immediately for repainting. Just needs another top coat on the affected areas. The job: * Sand the entire deck thoroughly and evenly * Remove the existing coating/weathered surface * Prepare and clean the deck ready for coating * Apply the lacquer/sealer supplied by me * Apply 2 coats as required by the product * Clean up all sanding dust and rubbish afterwards There are no loose nails or screws requiring repair. I will supply the lacquer/materials. You will need to bring your own sanding equipment and tools. There are 3 areas as per photo where floor mounted door hinge base has been removed. The timber floor under needs to be sanded back and coated to match existing within reason.

Repair these chips in the timber floor for a commercial office move out

There is a small wonky bit on edge of our timber decking - circled in the photo below. When you step on it, it is bouncy. Looking for a handyman to help me fix this!
