Looking for an experienced flooring tradie to repair damaged laminate flooring in my home. The Issue: Several laminate planks have buckled and separated near a doorway/corner area, likely caused by a washing machine leak. The planks have lifted significantly and there are visible gaps between boards. See photos attached. Scope of Work: • Assess the extent of water damage • Check subfloor condition and ensure it’s dry before repair • Remove and replace affected planks • Ensure proper expansion gaps are in place • Re-secure flooring to prevent future issues

A section of my timber flooring lifted and bowed after water exposure. The damaged boards have already been removed. I need someone to: 1.
