Have 3 patches of discolouration on my timber floor due to bleach. Looking to get back to original as much as possible without replacing floorboards

Living/dining/kitchen area approx. 40 square metres has mild to moderate wearing of the surface coating in some areas. Overall the condition is good. The planks are composite/engineered wood on slab foundation, tongue and groove fit. We would like to have them repaired and coated with a matte finish. I'm open to replacement as a last resort, currently no furniture is in the space. My budget is just an estimate as I'm not sure what will be required to restore the floor. See photos.

Need to repair a part of the timber floor as it has become uneven and bouncy. A portion of the floor is already touching the door and preventing it from opening completely, see attached image. Need the floor levelled again.

Jarrah timber floors needs replacement and repairs. Approx 6.0m (L) x 0.61m (W) section. Existing Jarrah panels used are 85mm wide x 12mm thick Existing panels are 85mm wide. Suggest need approx. 6pcs across (510mm) to reach skirting board x the 6m length. Need Jarrah timber supply, plus underlay, plus topcoat polish and reasonable blend to existing floors.

Hi 👋 We have had timber floor repairs and it still squeaks quite loudly when we step on it. The area is 1x1 meter and limited access to under the floorboards.

Wood floor squeaky. Accessible under floor space. One level house. Someone needs to spot the squeaky floor boards and repair. Mainly only one room.

Require existing hybrid floor panels to be replaced and lined up properly to skirting boards. Gaps are too wide currently. We will supply boards.
