Scratched laminate flooring

Hi, part of my laminate floor near the edge has been discolored due to my dog’s urine. Looking for someone experienced with laminate floor cleaning and restoration

The floor boards need repairing. When the heater vent was installed, it looks like they just cut the hole, which left the planks of wood between the vent and the doorframe not supported underneath. Someone stepped on it the other day, cracking a board and pushing it down. Likely just needs to be glued back together, then some pine wood put underneath the floor boards to support it and prevent it cracking again. The subfloor has enough clearance to walk around for the most part. Directly under the vent there's probably about 1m clearance

There is a small scratch on the wooden floor that needs to be fixed just a thin scratch

We have several pine floorboards (150mm) that need to be replaced. We would like someone to come out and remove and replace the boards. Preferably if you have reclaimed pine floorboards that would be best to suit this 50 year old home. These are tongue in groove boards.

There is creaking sound coming from floorboardings at multiple areas around the house. Most spots are floorboards under a carpet. The carpet would need to be pulled off and relaid ensuring there is no tear and carpet is intact. This is a permanent carpet glued so no sure what can be done but would appreciate suggestion and quotes for options to fix those loose floorboards.

Few laminate floorboards got water damage, and came back to original shape. But now has gaps between the joins. Need to carefully remove those and swap them to. Walk in robe area. Approximately 10 boards.

These are not surface level scratches. A nail in my couch came loose and scratched the floor area. Also need scratches fixed in another room about the same size but not as deep.

A section of my timber flooring lifted and bowed after water exposure. The damaged boards have already been removed. I need someone to: 1. Re-fix the loose timber boards to the concrete slab using a suitable flooring adhesive rated for timber on concrete (for example Selleys Liquid Nails Direct Stick, SikaBond 125 or equivalent). 2. Plane, trim or adjust the existing bowed boards so they sit flat and level and fit perfectly. 3. Install and glue the replacement boards so the pattern aligns with the surrounding flooring. 4. Ensure the repaired section is secure, flush, and ready for sanding at a later stage if required. What I will supply: Existing loose boards that came from the floor. What you need to supply: Adhesive suitable for timber over concrete, tools, spacers, clamps and any small materials needed to achieve a flat repair.

Have 3 patches of discolouration on my timber floor due to bleach. Looking to get back to original as much as possible without replacing floorboards
