We had hybrid flooring install about 3years ago, however the concrete underneath we found is not level and the contractor that did the work we can't get a hold of. We need our rear bedroom lifted up without breaking the boards, the dining area lifted without breaking the boards. Concrete sanded and leveled. Then the boards reinstalled in the living area. The bedroom can be left as concrete for now. We don't have many spare boards. Only about 10 Spare. And no one makes these boards anymore.

Living/dining/kitchen area approx. 40 square metres has mild to moderate wearing of the surface coating in some areas. Overall the condition is good. The planks are composite/engineered wood on slab foundation, tongue and groove fit. We would like to have them repaired and coated with a matte finish. I'm open to replacement as a last resort, currently no furniture is in the space. My budget is just an estimate as I'm not sure what will be required to restore the floor. See photos.
