When walking on the wooden floor , floor is shaking, squeezing .

I require a skilled timber flooring specialist to repair localised oil damage to my wooden floor. The oil has penetrated the timber, causing staining and deterioration (see attached photo).

I need 2 floor boards need to be replaced. I can buy those boards just need someone that can do it seamlessly.

Floor board between the skirting board and heating vent was broken ( only one area) and need to be fixed. floor boards cracked at two other places but not broken and they need to be fixed to avoid further damage and sagging.

On the floor, small scratches.

There are burnt marks on the floorboard which needs fixing.

Looking for an experienced flooring tradie to repair damaged laminate flooring in my home. The Issue: Several laminate planks have buckled and separated near a doorway/corner area, likely caused by a washing machine leak. The planks have lifted significantly and there are visible gaps between boards. See photos attached. A chip repair in a laminate floorboard

A section of my timber flooring lifted and bowed after water exposure. The damaged boards have already been removed. I need someone to: 1. Re-fix the loose timber boards to the concrete slab using a suitable flooring adhesive rated for timber on concrete (for example Selleys Liquid Nails Direct Stick, SikaBond 125 or equivalent). 2. Plane, trim or adjust the existing bowed boards so they sit flat and level and fit perfectly. 3. Install and glue the replacement boards so the pattern aligns with the surrounding flooring. 4. Ensure the repaired section is secure, flush, and ready for sanding at a later stage if required. What I will supply: Existing loose boards that came from the floor. What you need to supply: Adhesive suitable for timber over concrete, tools, spacers, clamps and any small materials needed to achieve a flat repair.
