Room size: 3.8m x 4.2m Replace missing or damaged baltic pine floorboards (roughly 2x2m). Sand and stain the floor.

Require multiple lengths of merbau to be replaced (approx 14), reattach stringer stairs and rebuild box stairs. Onsite visual required for quote using some existing merbau lengths.

Minimalist "patch and protect" repair on ~5 - 8 localised spots of weatherboard (all ground level). I need to stop the rot and seal the boards, not a full restoration. Scope: 1. Prep: Scrape flaking paint and gouge out soft/ rotted wood. 2. Treat: Apply wood harder to stabilise soft areas (if any) 3. Fill: Fill cracks and sand smooth 4. Flooring (wood parquet) has come out and need redoing

A section of my timber flooring lifted and bowed after water exposure. The damaged boards have already been removed. I need someone to: 1. Re-fix the loose timber boards to the concrete slab using a suitable flooring adhesive rated for timber on concrete (for example Selleys Liquid Nails Direct Stick, SikaBond 125 or equivalent). 2. Plane, trim or adjust the existing bowed boards so they sit flat and level and fit perfectly. 3. Install and glue the replacement boards so the pattern aligns with the surrounding flooring. 4. Ensure the repaired section is secure, flush, and ready for sanding at a later stage if required. What I will supply: Existing loose boards that came from the floor. What you need to supply: Adhesive suitable for timber over concrete, tools, spacers, clamps and any small materials needed to achieve a flat repair.
