Floorboard repair. The last tenant smashed the floor and now its depressed. Also there a squeaks in different areas and I'm wondering how to fix this. Please see photos. I'm about to get new carpet laid. Before I do, I would like someone to come out and fix the squeaky floor on the 2nd storey as well as the staircase. You would need to walk around and see which parts squeak and which do not. I want someone who has experience with this type of problem and can fix it and get it done right the first time. The top storey is not that big, 3 average size bedrooms and a small hallway plus the stair case. The rooms are carpeted but since the carpet is going to be changed, the carpet can be pulled up if required. The hallway carpet has mostly been removed due to a small renovation we just did as you can see in the images. I'm looking for quotes on the installation of hybrid flooring in the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Entry/Hall of the below unit. Currently there is carpet in the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Entry/Hall and tiles in the Kitchen. Property is on a concrete slab and will likely need a small amount of levelling.

We had some water that came through the roof. The insurance company cut out a 3.5 x 3.5m section of carpet in the middle of the room. We just want some temporary carpet to last 4 years until we can redo the the the room. It will need a 3m steel strip across the middle (to join the existing carpet) & a steel strip of 93cm to join carpet to the walk in part of the room It will need some underlay too.
