I need help with two tasks. 1. Hanging a pendant light. The connections are ready to go, just needs to be hung and the wires fed into the socket in the ceiling. 2. Feed an extension cable from 2 high windows to downstairs power points to provide access to wireless blinds. These extension cables need to be hidden behind the wall in the cavities.

Hi, I need a licensed electrician to add 5 extra power points in my apartment. I’ve attached a floor plan: existing power points are marked in blue, and the spots where I’d like new ones added are marked in red, if possible. They’re in a few different rooms, including bathrooms. There are existing power points close to most of the new locations, so I’m hoping it may be possible to connect from those, but you’d need to inspect and confirm. Most of the walls are probably plasterboard, but the bathrooms have tiled walls, so I’m looking for the neatest possible approach. Exhaust fan in the laundry room won’t switch on at all. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is currently stuck on but won’t switch off. They are connected because when the laundry fan usually switches on, the bathroom fan automatically goes on also. It doesn’t happen the other way though.
