A power outlet in the kitchen wall is not working. Check the fuse box and the fuse is ok. Would like to know how much to fix it (ie the power point). The pwerpoint shown in the picture is the one that is not working.

I need a certified electrician to look at three small jobs at our home. 1. Replace the fluorescent light under a kitchen cupboard, above the bench top, has stopped working. I replaced the bulb and starter and it still wouldn’t turn on so i figure needs replacing. The current light fitting is 61cm in length, needs something similar. Happy to buy and just get a quote for installation. 2. Ceiling fans in our laundry and bathroom are linked to the light switch. When we turn on the light the fans come on automatically. I’d like the fan to have its own switch. For the bathroom this will need to change from a 2 switch to 3. For the laundry it will need to be upgraded from 1 switch to 2. 3. Outside we have a string of led lights which have stopped working. I need an electrician to check outdoor switches and connections are okay and advise on options to get the lights working again. Happy to buy the switches and just get quoted for installation. Note: ceiling in the bathroom is very high, approx. 3.6m.
