Hi there, looking for a qualified electrician to rewire and refit a ceiling light that was accidentally pulled out. I'm based in Carnegie. The batten fitting was knocked loose from the ceiling and the wiring was exposed. I’ve had a look inside but didn’t feel confident doing the repair myself. You’ll see from the photos the wires are still accessible, and I’ve kept the fitting that came loose. Job includes: Inspecting and safely reconnecting the wiring Replacing or reinstalling the light batten (if needed – see second photo) Testing to make sure it’s safely operational Ideally after a ballpark quote and availability. 3.5kWh cooling output split-system aircon installation on internal brick wall. Not a back-to-back install, will need to put piping through attic, and install the outdoor unit at the back (3-4m away). Will only accept minimal piping along the internal wall if it’s to get the pipes and wires into the attic. Will not accept any more than that. In the photo with the front door, it backs onto the driveway. So I can’t put the outdoor unit there. I will supply the air condition system. Happy to pay ~$300 for a condensate pump, and any other reasonable cost for extra piping to get it out to the back.
