I supply the fan and Shelly with CT clamps. You supply the suitably rated contactor and necessary installation materials. Hot-water heater: Vulcan 160L, 671160R7. I’ll configure the heating schedules and boost automation myself. Please include basic setup and testing of the Shelly’s monitoring and contactor control. Our cleaner attempted the replacement but couldn't reach the alarm with her ladder. What needs to be done: Bring a suitable tall ladder to safely reach the smoke alarm. Inspect the alarm and replace the battery if appropriate. Replacement batteries are already available in a drawer inside the apartment. Unfortunately water has got into the motor and now it short circuits/overheats and will not work. Smeg do not offer the motor as a spare part and their preferred repairers will not repair motors. A bit of a hail mary; however, it was a gift from someone important.

Plug out current lighting fixtures from their ceiling power points and plug in new fittings. The task itself is easy but our ceilings are very high, about 4-5 metres, so you will need to be comfortable working from very high heights on a ladder.
