New apartment purchase so need to fix some minor electrical faults. Fujitsu ducted air con power panel in living/kitchen doesn't work when power is on - air con working in other 2 rooms so I know it's not the system. Faulty light in one of the kitchen extractors doesn't turn off and other light doesn't turn on. Light in laundry alcove turns itself on and off, seemingly no link to any switch. Extractor fan in guest bathroom seems to stay on.

I’ve got an IP65-rated outdoor electrical distribution box with three breakers. Breaker #2 won’t stay up—it trip-resets immediately. I need a licensed electrician to replace the breaker.

Two down lights in a apartment not working. Other lights in the same plug working fine. When changing bulb in one there was a very faint light but then it goes out. Looking to have them fixed

Power outlet has come loose from the wall and needs reattaching. All cables are secure. This needs to be done on Friday 29th for an inspection on Saturday.

Kitchen and hallway ceiling is gyprock and downlights need to be provided (not yet purchased). Need pendant light removed and reinstalled, taken apart, put back together then rewired. Need light switch on wall reinstalled as well. Need to hook pendant onto ceiling, must supply hook. Must leave area clean afterward.

Install a lighting fixture over the kitchen island. There are 2 light spots in the ceiling atm, but new light fixture will require moving position of the light spots. (it'll likely require some dry-wall fix/paint too). See image atached.
