Hi there, I need a licensed data cabler to help route an NBN signal. The property has an active NBN FTTC line coming into the main house, but the main house isn't using it. There is already an existing copper telephone cable running from the main house down to the granny flat. I just need you to locate the central entry point in the main house and jumper/cross-connect the incoming street line directly into the granny flat's telephone cable so I can move the white NBN box down there. My MacBook Pro keeps dropping off the internet after connecting for a few minutes. Up until yesterday I was using a shared service with my landlord who lives in the house in front. I had a new NBN connection put in yesterday. My phones and TV connect fine but my MacBook Pro keeps dropping out after a few minutes. I tried the old network I was using and it connects fine and doesn’t drop out.
