We have a Google Mesh network that sits on top of Telstra and NBN. We pay for high-speed internet but constantly have outages and at the moment the internet just isn't working at all, despite no known Telstra outage. Hanwha Wisenet CCTV Technician Needed I'm looking for an experienced technician to diagnose and repair my Hanwha Wisenet XRN-8205 NVR with six IP cameras. The system was working perfectly before, but after changing my internet provider to Starlink Gen 3, the cameras no longer display any video. I've confirmed that: The NVR is connected to the network. DDNS and P2P have connected at times, but the camera registration now shows "Auth Failed". The cameras are detected by the NVR, but all channels show "Test Fail" and there is no live video. I need someone experienced with Hanwha Wisenet systems to: Diagnose the authentication issue between the NVR and cameras. Reconfigure the camera registration and passwords if required. Restore all cameras to live view. Ensure remote viewing and network connectivity are working correctly. Please only apply if you have experience with Hanwha Wisenet IP camera systems and NVR configuration.
