Optus/NBN has advised that we need a conduit installed from the street to our office so they can run their cable and complete the NBN setup. Description: I have set up four Ethernet cables from my modem to a central distribution box to provide internet to different rooms. However, the LAN ports are not working, and the corresponding lights on the modem do not illuminate when connections are made. ​I need an experienced network technician or troubleshooter to come over, inspect the central patch panel/wiring, test the connections, and resolve the issue so all the LAN ports in the house become fully functional.

Returned to site with offsider and reinstalled two panels. Configured WiFi network connection on panels as we couldn't identify location of wired internet in bulkhead. Liaised with Brett to ensure content was displayed.
