Find a local network troubleshooter in VIC

I have a Western Digital My Cloud EX2 Ultra external hard drive. I have used this previously with my Smart Tv to access stored content, however I am having difficulty connecting it to our wifi network at our current address.

We are unable to connect our home network to the internet. We recently changed to FTTP, and switched from Telstra to Spintel, then to Tangerine and now cannot get our TP Link wireless mesh network system to connect to the internet. We have tried creating a new network, but still cannot get it to find the internet. Tangering customer service is frustrating. We need an expert to come in, set it all up and provide us some recommendations on how to optimise for speed and consistency going forward, please.

We have a network printer that has gone offline after some changes to the network. We need someone who knows TCP/IP networking to go on site and get the printer responsive on an IP address again.

We need a network technician experienced in Ubiquity / Synology NAS configuration. We have two sites connected via VPN that require two Synology NAS units to backup via a desktop app we have pre installed. We need to check they are on the same VPN then see if we can mount them to the same desktop before initialising the carbon copy cloner software to run backups daily. Network already exists and this project is close so you would not be starting from scratch. Would prefer to do in person in our office to avoid external login. Once relationship is established we can continue any support offsite remotely. Can brief up further once we find the right person.

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to set up a mesh wifi /internet network in my home. I have all the equipment needed. Additional info: I did some research and purchased the TP Link Deco 6E mesh system. I also have a TP Link Archer 6E router. The internet is fibre to the premises, so I’m keen on getting a solution that keeps internet speeds as fast as possible/practical throughout the house.
