nbn FTTC box is unable to connect to the nbn network correctly meaning the wifi is extremely slow.

We’ve got a big house. Three stories, NBN is connected, and until recently everything worked like a champ . Not sure what has happened, but the Wi-Fi isn’t working through the house, and some of the ethernet ports aren’t working either.
