Gaming PC troubleshooting – crashes when switching between windows Relatively new gaming PC that frequently freezes/crashes when switching between a game and another Windows window. It happens with different games, while the games generally run normally when playing. PC specs: AMD Ryzen 7 7700 Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB 32GB RAM Windows 11 We have already taken the PC back to the shop where it was purchased. They ran hardware tests and diagnostics, reinstalled Windows and checked the system. The owner said the hardware tested OK and believes the issue is software-related. We have also updated/reinstalled the AMD graphics driver, removed OBS and cleaned the PC. One interesting test was that when the RX 9060 XT was disabled, the same window-switching activity did not cause the crash, although the graphics performance was poor. Looking for someone experienced with gaming PCs, AMD Radeon GPUs and Windows 11 who can come to our home, reproduce the problem and properly diagnose the cause.

The old fast drive needs a new fast drive able to have windows 11 installed as task and optimal RAM needed for this. PC is a table top with a second storage drive with 2 gig maxed out. Currently most of my programs cant be updated demanding 11. When I've moved the current 2 gig to a backup usb . My Windows 11 desktop won’t start. It goes straight to “Your device ran into a problem and couldn’t be repaired,” and the built-in repair fails with “Couldn’t connect to the network.” What I’ve tried: • Startup Repair (Quick Machine Recovery) — failed • Tried Command Prompt via Advanced Options, but couldn’t get any keyboard input — likely a wireless/Bluetooth keyboard, which often isn’t detected in Windows recovery mode Possibly linked to a recent Windows update, but not confirmed. Need someone experienced with Windows troubleshooting to come on-site and get it booting again — System Restore, uninstalling a recent update, or a repair install, whatever works, ideally without wiping my files. Please bring a wired USB keyboard and mouse, since recovery mode won’t detect Bluetooth devices.

My Desktop PC will not boot into Windows. I can get into the BIOS but not start in Safe Mode. It is currently booting into the Motherboard manufacturer image. I do not understand enough of the BIOS to know if I can do anything there. I would appreciate someone coming over ASAP and getting it booting properly again please.
