The old fast drive needs a new fast drive able to have windows 11 installed as task and optimal RAM needed for this. PC is a table top with a second storage drive with 2 gig maxed out. Currently most of my programs cant be updated demanding 11. When I've moved the current 2 gig to a backup usb . I hope to get a tech to bring a drive as fast as my current one and install it - clone what can be - and hook up to a new 2gig free space to store new stuff.

My Windows 11 desktop won’t start. It goes straight to “Your device ran into a problem and couldn’t be repaired,” and the built-in repair fails with “Couldn’t connect to the network.” What I’ve tried: • Startup Repair (Quick Machine Recovery) — failed • Tried Command Prompt via Advanced Options, but couldn’t get any keyboard input — likely a wireless/Bluetooth keyboard, which often isn’t detected in Windows recovery mode Possibly linked to a recent Windows update, but not confirmed. Need someone experienced with Windows troubleshooting to come on-site and get it booting again — System Restore, uninstalling a recent update, or a repair install, whatever works, ideally without wiping my files. Please bring a wired USB keyboard and mouse, since recovery mode won’t detect Bluetooth devices.

My laptop is currently locked with BitLocker, and I don’t have the BitLocker recovery key. I want to completely reinstall Windows. I don’t need any data from the C: drive, but I need to keep all the data on my D:, E: and F: drives. Can you safely reinstall Windows without deleting, formatting, or affecting the D:, E: and F: drives?

On my laptop, the Documents folder, and some other large applications have somehow got tangled up with OneDrive. There is critical stuff on OneDrive that must be retained, plus some other content. Also a big application (MS Visual Studio) that I can reinstall. I am not safe to be messing at this level, but I am quite conversant enough to sit alongside someone doing the job. SSD is only about 35% full so there is room, and plenty of RAM. I am uncertain what a realistic cost is, but this is an important job.

I have an older external hard drive that was previously used with a Mac. I now have a Windows mini PC and Windows isn’t recognising the drive. The drive has a large number of movie and TV files on it which I am unable to access. Recover access to laptop with corrupted exe

I need to get my Folders sorted out on a Windows 11 mini desktop I seem to have finished up with at least 3 different documents & pictures folders (containing mainly 5,000+ Excel documents & 1,000 Turbocad drawing files, and some photos. I want documents to autosave into the right folders. I want to transfer Google Earth places from my old PC. I want to set up an auto back up to I-Drive Cloud. I'm generally available Tuesday to Friday - no great rush. Daytime would suit me best. I assume you'd probably need to work on an hourly basis?

I have a Lenovo desktop PC running Windows. It hasn’t been used for 2 years. I’ve just tried to start it and it won’t start up. I’ve tried the suggested fixes but none have worked. I need someone to get it running again. Other services offer a ‘no fix, no charge’ guarantee.

My Desktop PC will not boot into Windows. I can get into the BIOS but not start in Safe Mode. It is currently booting into the Motherboard manufacturer image. I do not understand enough of the BIOS to know if I can do anything there. I would appreciate someone coming over ASAP and getting it booting properly again please.
