Need a Windows OS Upgrade (Latest Version :11) on my Laptop without deleting / losing my current data on the hard drive. Currently it’s on Ver 8.1 (64 bits) and frequently creating conflicts with latest versions of some device drivers as part of Windows or Norton Updates, that do not support older Windows version, leading to a frozen white screen of death!

Hi all, I need some in person assistance on my brand new Surface Laptop 7. It came installed with Windows 11, however once I booted it, I decided I would try and install Windows 11 Pro as it will be my business laptop. I purchased Windows 11 Pro on my personal Microsoft account, installed it, reset the laptop, and logged in via my work Microsoft account. Once I was in, I cannot do anything as it is not letting me log in as the administrator of the account. It is also asking me to activate my Windows. Some in person help in Cremorne would be appreciated so I can fix these problems as soon as possible.
