I forgot my password to this old Toshiba. I have many videos and photos downloaded on it. I once took it to a place to be unlocked for me but they couldn’t access the drive because apparently I somehow put a password on that too (something along these lines). My Surface Laptop 3 is running really slow and the built-in reset says it “can’t find the recovery environment.” I need someone experienced with Windows/Surface devices to: Create a recovery USB (or similar method) Fully wipe the laptop Reinstall Windows clean Update drivers and firmware Make sure it’s running smoothly after the reinstall No files need to be backed up. I’m happy for the drive to be completely wiped. Prefer someone who has done this before and understands Surface recovery/USB installs. I'm currently running a photobooth app (Curator Live) on my iPad Pro - 3rd Gen. in conjunction with an DNP Printer and Wireless Connect Module. That set-up works o.k, but I'm wanting switch over to a WIRED set-up, connecting the iPad to my Laptop and using Curator Lives' own Print Server. I've followed the support instructions from Curator Live and purchased the necessary Hubs, cables etc. However, after countless hours of trial and error, still no luck. I'm looking for someone who has the knowledge to asisst with this set-up. I'm informed it can 100% be done, but I'm obviously missing something. Perhaps the Hubs are not compatible or an incorrect setting somewhere? If you're skilled in this area, I'd be happy to give you the work. Also happy to share the support notes I've received from Curator Live if that would help.

Unable to RDP to laptop. It was working before, tried all kinds of troubleshooting and googling to no avail. This is fairly urgent. Happy to pay if someone technical can come and get i enabled again.
