The built-in camera just stopped working. It's likely that a windows update did something as it worked up until June this year. Ive pasted the error messages below. I've already tried uninstalling and re-installing the drivers from Lenovo for this laptop. I've just hit a wall with progress. So, I'm clear - I'm not looking for some Joe to get open AI to give them instructions and fiddle around. I've already done that myself. I need someone that can cut to the issue and get this sorted quickly.

My Dell Latitude 7490 has been experiencing frequent Windows crashes, including KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I’ve run Dell’s comprehensive hardware diagnostics, and everything passed. CrystalDiskInfo also reported 94% SSD health. However, the computer intermittently displays “No Bootable Devices”, and during one of these incidents, the BIOS showed M.2 SATA and M.2 PCIe SSD as “(none)”. After restarting, the computer sometimes detects the drive again and boots into Windows. I’ve already reset Windows, but the crashes continued. Could you inspect the SSD connection, test the SSD independently and determine whether the problem is the drive or motherboard?

Hi, I bought a refurbished laptop last year, it’s been great but recently the “A” and “S” keys don’t work. I’ve tried factory reset, removing the keys, every suggestion on Google however it still doesn’t work. I have been told it’s possibly the internal keyboard.
