Hi, I’m having an issue with my MacBook Pro. When I connect the charger, it shows that charging, but the screen stays black. I’ve already tried a basic reset, but it didn’t work. It might be a hardware problem.

On my laptop, the Documents folder, and some other large applications have somehow got tangled up with OneDrive. There is critical stuff on OneDrive that must be retained, plus some other content. Also a big application (MS Visual Studio) that I can reinstall. I am not safe to be messing at this level, but I am quite conversant enough to sit alongside someone doing the job. SSD is only about 35% full so there is room, and plenty of RAM. I am uncertain what a realistic cost is, but this is an important job.

This laptop is broken. The screen has gone dark. The keyboard still lights up so i think power is going through.

Lenovo LEGION Slim 5 14" Laptop randomly crashes and resets. Then white screen appears and reads "select device for boot" but the list shows no devices. SSD Appears in BIOS and in BIOS Boot manager. CrystalDisk info says ssd is 99% healthy. I reinstalled windows and the problem persists. It happens randomly. It can happen multiple times during one single use, but also I have used it for 2 days without problems, and then randomly it crashes. No correlation with light or heavy use. It's happened a few times when windows was running no apps. Please let me know how much you would charge for a diagnostic *PRICE is only because airtasker requires a budget. I am a student on a tight budget,but do message me if you think you can solve this quick and for how much and I can be flexible*
