Devices: * Apple MacBook (laptop) * Windows PC (Lenovo) * Android phone (Samsung) **Current situation:** * Chrome on PC has been reset and is working cleanly * Phone Gmail is syncing again * MacBook still has old Chrome profiles (showing “sync paused”) * Different environments appearing across devices (Google vs Microsoft/Outlook/Bigpond) * Apps and browsers not always using the same account * Want to eliminate duplicate profiles and confusion **What I need:** * Clean up Chrome profiles on MacBook * Ensure one primary Google account across all devices * Align Chrome, Gmail, and YouTube across Mac, PC, and phone * Check Microsoft/Outlook (Bigpond) interaction and prevent conflicts * Remove duplicate sessions and unnecessary accounts * Ensure syncing works consistently across all devices * Simple explanation of final setup **Preference:** * Someone experienced with Google accounts, Chrome profiles, Apple + Windows + Android environments * Calm and methodical Looking to have this resolved properly in one session at the earliest possible time.
