I appreciate the time and effort he put into trying to resolve the printer issue. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. Perhaps this printer brand is outside his usual experience, as much of the troubleshooting seemed to rely on AI-generated advice. Punctuality could also be improved. I acknowledge his effort, but there is room for improvement in technical troubleshooting and time management.
