The goal is to set up a simple, frictionless system where any photo or video I save into a specific Apple Photos album (or tap a shortcut button) automatically gets renamed, reformatted (HEIC → JPG), organised cleanly, and uploaded straight into Google Drive. We’ll do this together in person (Melbourne). It’s a short job — around 30–60 minutes — where you’ll help me: • Set up the correct Apple Shortcut flows • Create a clean folder + naming structure • Make sure videos + photos both upload reliably • Fix HEIC conversion issues • Reorganise my existing photos into clear categories/folders • Ensure the final step triggers a Slack alert so my team can immediately pick up the content and start curating 2025-01-27_RAW_INTRO.mov 2025-11-27_RAW_PHOTO.png High-level automation flow: Save photo/video → Shortcut runs → rename + reformat → upload to Google Drive → Slack notification. You must have decent experience in; -Short form cinematic content creation for IG -filming on iphone using a 3rd party app like Blackmagic/Filmic pro -filming using prores log -the use of a conversion LUT & colour correcting on a PC using Capcut ideally or Davinchi resolve. I have 2x iPhone 11, needing lcd and screen I also have 2x Lenovo M11 tablets, most likely needing the same fix.
