My iPhone 13 128GB storage space 126 GB have been used My photo app has 37GB I have a SanDisk with 115GB capacity and I am having trouble loading all my photo app data to the SanDisk UsB and transferring to my laptop so I can create more storage space on my IPhone My goals are to free up iPhone storage space and to save precious photos/videos to external hardware I need assistance to do this task Located in Ivanhoe

Old iPads mixed with new iPads and old phones mixed with the opposite Apple ID maze... every time I create a new ID it then doesn't accept it. I've been going around around in circles with but I know nothing about computers. There are Apple IDs that may be causing a problem. I suspect but everyone at Apple when I phoned them for support hung up on me I have multiple sclerosis and I am in a wheelchair and this is causing me so much grief I wished I called out sooner. I thought I had an under control until I didn't. This involves my personal details and originally I never signed out of the Old Apple products that I have given to a friend, I believe this might be where it all began before us even knowing it. If you have someone experienced in this apartment I would be ever so thankful, it's probably a days work but worth every penny to me it's stopping me from sleeping and eating and living life as I've been trying to work this out now for a month by myself like I said not knowing anything about computers stupid hay... I'd like to say I'm not I do need someone who is compassionate as you can imagine. This is warned me down considerably, I think that's why they guys on the Apple support hung up on me, because they thought I was stupid and wasting their time and upset about something that was so easy. One even forgot to hang up there headset when briefing the office about me.

Hello, I don’t know if this is possible but I’m truly hoping someone out there can help me. I have an old iPhone (7/8) which my access PIN won’t work for but I have thousands of photos that did not get backed up on the cloud but were stored on my phone and not a SIM card. The photos and videos are the most important thing on that phone to me as it has memories of my brother and Mum who have since passed away and my children when they were younger. I’ve googled and you tubed but sadly I’m not that good with phones.
