Mac expert: We have an external hard drive that was used as a backup for a MacBook Pro. We are having difficulty opening files from the backup done on 2023 (Photos) on the hard drive. Could be the MacBook Pro needs updated to access them on the hard drive or maybe the hard drive needs some type of update? Anyway wee can't get at the 2023 & 2024 photos on the Time Machine external hard drive back up & need to. I'm sureties a quick jib for someone in the know. MacBook Pro 15 inch from 2019.
