I require a small two metre wooden ramp built in my sister's home to assist her mobility. She had a stroke and uses a wheelchair so looking got a sturdy ramp to be built so she can move freely around her home.

I can come to you! I am building a desk, but I don't have a saw. I have 2 panels of wood that need to be cut to size - I am joining them, so if you have the ability to cut a finger joint, even better. And the ends where the wall is, are not exactly square. 2x fire alarms requiring replacement (supply & install). We live in a 4 story apartment building and they are hooked into mains electricity. Photos attached of current units - 1 is non-functional as it makes beeping noises when we put in fresh batteries and both units are 9 years old and slated for replacement this year - lifespan for current is 10 years so probably looking for same or similar.
