I have a 10m squared deck (1.5m x 5.5m) that I would need sanded and stained (2 coats). I will supply the stain and tools required for staining. I have already sanded an area around 2m squared but my sander broke. You will need a powerful sander as the the deck is made of very old hard wood. This is the front porch of a Californian bungalow.

We have a backyard deck which we would like to re-stain, 2 coats, 16hrs drying time required for the stain. 36-40 sqm + some balustrade (see picture) In terms of prep, it will need some Sanding in some worn areas, other areas it is still in very good condition.
