Stan and stain the 4m*3m decking

There was previously a water leak, which has now been completely repaired. However, a dark water stain remains on the indoor concrete floor and does not disappear after drying. I’m looking for someone experienced in concrete restoration/polishing to remove or minimise the stain and match the surrounding concrete as closely as possible.

We want to build a custom multi-level stainless steel bench at a specific size to make the most of an available space inside our shop. Dimensions of the bench are attached in the image. It includes shelves of enclosed drawers and 4 other open shelves.

1. Cut one of our stainless steel benches approx. 5-10cm so it fits inbetween our appliance and another bench. 2. Add a splashback on an existing bench (approx. 1.8m) I've attached images for reference.

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced handyman/stainless steel installer to supply and install a stainless steel sheet on top of my existing countertop. Bench size is 3230mm (L) x 601mm (W). Stainless steel needs to be cut to size and installed neatly with a clean professional and folded edges. There’re 2 be cut-outs required for power point/plug opening (can confirm onsite). Need Up-stand/back splash (like 50–100mm up the wall) Please quote including supply + labour.

18 month old external stairs. Timber balustrade and timber handrail require sanding and re-staining. Main set of stairs going up 1 storey (see photos) plus a second small 3 step stairs outside laundry. The main set of stairs face the sun and timber sustained a lot more wear and tear. The steps are made of steel, so the job is only for the balustrade and handrail. Please see photos.

Initial consultation to review the ceiling and determine if anything can be done to lighten the wood and remove the orange tones. Price would then be agreed on. Ceiling is slanted, height is approx 2.5m at lowest and 5m at highest point

Our large William Russell front door (1200x2340mm) needs light sanding and restaining due to UV damage from western sun. The difficulty is it’s two tone vic ash and jarrah veneer, so it requires careful application. The part on right should ideally match the frame colour and the left should only get a non yellowing clearcoat. The indoor side is a much closer match to frame but also browned over time. Prefer someone who has done a door like this before.
