Need to re-attach kitchen cabinet door

Hi there , looking for a skilled woodworker to build a small indoor loft for my rabbits. Approx 2 metres in length , 500mm in width with a ramp - just up to the window sill in the photo

Remove a wooden piece off 5 x wooden plinths that has been screwed in. They will need to be taken off and will need pliars to remove the screws. They then need to be sanded down etc. to appear as if the wooden panel was never put on. I've attached a photo of the plinth with the wooden piece, and one with it taken off. Happy with price negotiations just really need some help! Thank you
