One of the hinges on my interior door has completely broken away from the frame (see photo). The second hinge (on the bottom) is also very loose. This is a heavy, older-style door and needs a proper repair, not just a quick patch-up. I have around a dozen aluminium windows. Around half have broken latches. There appears to be two types used (See pictures). Need broken latches replaced.
